Strata Appoints Jimmy Chuang as Chief Structured Finance Officer

Strata is proud to announce the appointment of Jimmy Chuang as its chief structured finance officer. Chuang, who brings a dozen years of experience in the solar industry to Strata, will be managing the company’s capital raise and M&A activities, and help identify and build relationships with banks and institutional investors. These efforts will enhance the ways in which Strata can help consumers and businesses switch to cleaner energy at a lower cost. Prior to joining Strata, Chuang held senior executive positions at GCL, SolarCity, Fotowatio and Brite Energy, powered by Protection 1. He has financed and built more than 1500 megawatts or $6 billion, of North American solar projects in his career.
